Program Terms & Guidelines (will be sent in detail with agreement, policy explanation, and CI form):

  • All packages and memberships are subject to price changes at any time.
  • A minimum commitment of 3 months of consistent training is recommended to see meaningful results. Progress photos will be taken monthly.
  • All packages and memberships operate on a 4-week billing cycle. In cases of travel, the cycle may be extended to 5 weeks.
  • Prior to starting, clients must complete a detailed intake form, which will be reviewed during the first session.
  • Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.
  • Additional terms and conditions may apply.

 Prices* (55-Minute Sessions)

Individual Session = $150 (1x per month)

4 sessions (4 weeks) = $560 (1x per week)

8 sessions (4 weeks) = $1040 (2x per week)

12 sessions (4 weeks) = $1440 (3x per week)
